When we started CovetedCoverings, we wanted to give our customers a rewarding, fair and enjoyable shopping experience.  Our company policies line up with those standards.  Please check out the details before ordering.
Returns and Refunds
How It Works
We do accept returns and exchanges with the exception of personalized items.  Returns are allowed if you notify me within 7 days of receiving the purchase.  Please contact me before returning the item.  Items must be returned to me within 14 days of delivery.  The item must be returned the same way you received it.  Any worn items are not eligible for a refund.  Customer pays all shipping charges related to return.  No refunds for returned items due to incorrect mailing address or buyers failure to collect package, but I will work with you.  No reimbursement for lost items as we can’t control the shipping services.  Most items will be insured at no extra cost.  We do not take cancellations.
